Check-in #1

Check-ins are the one of the power tools in the team coaching toolbo. It helps to have the focus of every one in the team, set a conscious start to an activity and puts team members on the same page. I want to put that practice into the making of the Field Guide. I am checking in with you, readers, friends, project partners, contributors.

My goal is to keep myself accountable to do steady progress on the Field Guide that way. For now, I will do this every month on a Saturday; reporting back what happened, putting myself out there and getting comfortable on video (again).

Here it is. Check-in #1, a little longer than I wanted, but I am just starting.

I mentioned that the idea for Field Guide came when I was in Mexico last year for bridging Berlin winter. Here are a few pages that I scribbled in my iPad during that time. Setting the style and attitude of the Field Guide, inspired by the wonderful poster and rests of them that I found all over the walls in Mexico City.
